Michael Wayne Clayton

Michael Wayne Clayton also known as "Uncle Mike", was born January 18, 1965 to Estrae and Chambers Clayton Sr. in Riverside, CA. Mike was the youngest of seven boys.

Mike grew up in Rubidoux, CA. As a young boy Mike enjoyed bike riding, playing the accordion, playing football and attending WWE wrestling tournaments. He attended and earned his education throughout the Jurupa Unified School District. HE graduated from Rubidoux Highschool in 1983 and went on to pursue his education at UC Davis. He graduated college in 1988 with a bachelors degree in the medical field. 

After college he moved to New York where he manages popular restaurants. Mike was an entrepreneur, as a teenager he started working for the press enterprise as a "paper boy". As he got older he took pride in maintaining his neighborhood beauty.

Mike enjoyed landscaping, working on cars, remodeling and repairing homes, plumbing, various positions in industrial services, and so much more. He could do anything he set his mind to. He was the true definition of a "Jack of All Trades". He as well known for his caring personality. He was a jokester, and no matter what life brough his way it never took away his smile, or dimmed his light. 

On August 19th a golden heart stopped beating...

Mike is preceded in death by his parents Estrae and Chambers Clayton Sr., his brother Otis Buckley, Sister-in-Law Dorothy Simmons, and nephew Chris Simmons Jr.

He leaves behind his five brothers, Ernest Redmond Jr.; Henry Redmond; Chris Simmons; Chambers Clayton Jr; and Eric Clayton. Three Sister-in-Laws, Lisa Clayton, Carolyn Redmond, and Alberta Buckley. Eight Nieces, Cheryl, Caltera, Alice, Erica, Kianna, Chermica, Lucrecia, and Precious. Three nephews, Eric, Ervin, and Jaylen, and a host of family and friends.
