                                                                GLORIA MARIA SHELTON

Gloria Maria Shelton passed away peacefully on March 24, 2022 at her daughter’s home in Vallejo, California, surrounded by her daughters, daughter-in-law and two of her granddaughters.  She was born February 27, 1927 to her parents Anthony and Clara Corosu. 

Gloria was a OBGYN Nurse for 15 years.  She loved traveling, going to Las Vegas & the slots and camping at Mountain Lakes with her grandchildren.  Her first priority was always her family and the big family dinners she hosted.  Her family motto is once you’re in her family, you are in it for life.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Vernel Shelton, Sister Katherine Miraglia, Brother-in-law Joseph Miraglia, and Sons, Anthony Lorenz, Kenneth Lorenz, Roger Shelton, David Shelton and Grandson Robert L. Riley Jr.

Surviving are Daughter Maggie Dragna and Wife Tina Anderson, Daughter Glori Ann Eisenman and Husband Alan Eisenman, Sons Adam Lorenz and Stephen Shelton, Daughter-in-laws Cecilia Shelton and Marlene Lorenz and Grandchildren, Lisa Dragna, Jonathan Dragna, Summer Selby, David Tucker, Nicole Sullivan, Barry Shelton, Chris Riley, Ginny Stanley, Ronnie Partida , Roger Shelton, Johnny Bruder, Cindy Bruder Bennett,  Kenny Lorenz, Elishia Lorenz, Joseph Lorenz, Ben Parton, Glori Boykin, Cydney Cornejo and Several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. 

A Graveside Service will take place at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd., Riverside, CA  92518 on April 26, 2022 at 10:00 A.M.  Following services, lunch will be served at Vince’s Spaghetti at 8241 Foothill Blvd. Rancho Cucamonga, CA  91730 at 11:45 A.M.
