Franklin Delano Kasten, 73, of Riverside, California passed away on September 15, 2025 at his home in Riverside.
Frank was born in Wichita, Kansas to Charles Louis Kasten, Jr. and Willetta Maxine Keeble on October 24,1951. He graduated from Corona High School in 1969. He worked at California School for the Deaf from 1979 until he retired in 2008.
Frank was an avid sports fan and collector. He looked forward to watching his teams on television, but enjoyed more so listening to his favorite sports announcers Chick and Stu on the radio. He will be forever remembered for his passion for sports and music and his ability to always share sports stats, music trivia, or a memory that made him laugh. This legacy will live on through his family and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
He is survived by his sister Deanna, brother Craig, son Brian, daughter Brandi (Angelo) three grandchildren, sister in laws Becky and Debbie, and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, Herbert Folk and Chuck Kasten.
A memorial service will be held on October 16 at 11am at Rubidoux Mortuary. A reception will follow.
